Frank Westbrook, a 26-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on December 13, 2013. The incident occurred at approximately 10:34 p.m. in the area of Vida Way. According to police reports, officers were dispatched after receiving calls of gunshots in the vicinity of Michelle Court.
