John Arthur Wilson III, a 22-year-old male of African-American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 25, 2020, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred in the 1100 block of Smith Road near Lockbourne Road, where police received reports of a fight involving six to eight people. During the altercation, gunshots were heard, and medics found Wilson III suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was later pronounced dead at Grant Medical Center.
