On September 3, 2017, Lavan Theodore Davis, aged 24, was tragically shot in front of a residence on South Weyant Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at approximately 10:31 p.m., when Columbus Police officers responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Davis in front of 478 S. Weyant Avenue, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
