On April 23, 2015, 21-year-old Shane Collins Jr. was shot while sitting in the passenger seat of a car near the intersection of Stelzer Road and Johnstown Road in Columbus, Ohio. According to the details reported by the Columbus Police Department, the shooting occurred at approximately 2:51 PM, after which patrol officers responded to a 911 call about a shooting victim.
