Carl C. Pleasant, aged 30, was found dead on May 12, 2015, in Columbus, Ohio. On that afternoon, officers were dispatched to 76 N. Hampton Road, Apartment #C, to perform a wellness check after receiving reports of concern. Upon entry, they discovered Carl Pleasant had been shot and was unresponsive.
