On June 28, 2015, seven-month-old Jack Joseph Kubu was found unresponsive at his home on Citrus Drive in Columbus, Ohio. Jack was transported to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where he was unfortunately pronounced dead. Law enforcement authorities classified the case as a homicide, and detectives from the Columbus Police Department have been investigating ever since. The exact circumstances of Jack's death remain unclear, and there have been no significant leads leading to an arrest.
