On December 24, 2016, James W. Edward-Wade, age 45, was the victim of a homicide in Columbus, Ohio. At approximately 6:52 a.m., Columbus Police officers and medics were dispatched to the area of Brinwood Place and Noe Bixby Road in response to reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they found James Edward-Wade lying in the yard of 5036 Brinwood Place, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
