Gary Copling, aged 41, was fatally shot in Columbus, Ohio, on December 20, 2017. The incident occurred during a drug transaction at the Dawghouse Bar in the 2000 block of Lockbourne Road. After being shot, Copling was found near Studer and Reeb Avenues, about half a block away from the initial scene, and was transported to Grant Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
