In the late summer of 2026, the life of 45-year-old Terrance Lavon Lucas was tragically cut short in Wilson, North Carolina. On the evening of Thursday, September 10th, the sounds of gunfire pierced the air in the vicinity of Manchester Street and Suggs Street. When officers from the Wilson Police Department arrived at the 500 block of Manchester Street around 9:15 p.m., they discovered Lucas lying in the roadway, suffering from a gunshot wound.
