On the morning of August 15, 2026, in Killeen, Texas, a life was tragically cut short, leaving a community in mourning. Ronald D'Andre Horne, a 30-year-old man, was found unconscious with a gunshot wound in the roadway on the 2900 block of John Porter Drive. The Killeen Police Department responded to a report of shots fired at approximately 10:07 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered the grave scene.
