Michael David Banks Jr., a 28-year-old resident of Westlake, California, tragically lost his life on September 2, 2020. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Banks was fatally shot near 606 St. Paul Avenue in Westlake. The incident occurred in the evening, and despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
