On July 18, 2024, at approximately 4:40 p.m., Killeen Police Department officers responded to a shooting incident in the 2100 block of North W.S. Young Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered 21-year-old Willie Bibbins IV unconscious, suffering from a gunshot wound. Justice of the Peace Gregory Johnson pronounced him deceased at 6:30 p.m.
