On a late Wednesday afternoon in Chicago, the life of 26-year-old Quincy Lamont Faulkner, a Black male, was abruptly ended in a brazen daylight ambush. The incident occurred at approximately 3:51 p.m. on August 19, 2026, in the McKinley Park neighborhood. Faulkner and another man, 56-year-old Calvin Hunt, were seated inside a Ford Transit van in the 3800 block of South Western Boulevard when a Honda pulled up alongside them.
