In the winter of 1975, a chilling series of events began to unfold in Detroit's Cass Corridor, a neighborhood known at the time as the city's red-light district. On February 16th, the body of a woman named Valinda Brown was discovered. Her death marked the beginning of a reign of terror that would grip the city for the next eight months.
