On a summer evening in Chicago, the life of 20-year-old Alfred Alexander was tragically cut short. On June 29, 2026, Alexander was walking with a 19-year-old and another 20-year-old man in the Chatham neighborhood. The group was on the 8200 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue at approximately 10:44 p.m. when a black sedan approached them.
