In the quiet town of Mauckport, Indiana, the life of 40-year-old Sara M. Lang was tragically cut short on the night of Thursday, July 2, 2026. What began as a domestic evening inside her Hillcrest Drive home would end in a fatal gunshot wound to her chest, leaving a family and community in shock.
