Jamarcus Walker, a 23-year-old from Charlotte, North Carolina, was tragically shot and killed on July 22, 2015. The fatal incident occurred in the Hidden Valley neighborhood, a community that had seen its share of gun violence in previous years. Walker was found suffering from gunshot wounds, and despite efforts by emergency responders, he did not survive.
