Antwain Maurice Price, 39, was tragically shot and killed on December 14, 2017, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred on his 39th birthday in a field off Thomasboro Drive, in northwest Charlotte. Police believe Price ran from where he was shot before collapsing in the field. No arrests were made at the time, though later investigations led to charges against two suspects. The case was one of many homicides in Charlotte that year, contributing to a surge in violent crime.
