In the early morning hours of July 4, 2026, the town of Centreville, Mississippi, was shattered by an eruption of gunfire that claimed the life of 19-year-old Dekevion Keshawn Andrews. The violent incident unfolded around 12:55 a.m. near the Orchard Cafe on Highway 24, where a mass shooting left a total of nine people with gunshot wounds.
