Authorities said the shooting was not an isolated matter in their broader concern about teenagers and firearms, as several teens had been arrested in violent incidents across the county in the weeks surrounding Anthony’s death.
Investigators charged a 15-year-old juvenile from Kelford in connection with the shooting. Because the suspect is a minor, authorities did not release the teenager’s name in the available reports. Court documents cited by local news stated that the juvenile was charged with murder in Anthony Parker’s death and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury against Tiffany Parker. Investigators alleged that the juvenile killed Anthony and also shot Tiffany.
A second person, identified as Joe Grant Clark Jr. of Lewiston, was also charged in the case. Reports identified Clark as being in a dating relationship with Tiffany Parker. Authorities accused him of helping the 15-year-old suspect flee from the scene and avoid arrest after the shooting. Clark was charged as an accessory after the fact of murder.
