In the early morning hours of June 1, 2026, the quiet of a Bellwood, Illinois neighborhood was shattered by the sound of rapid gunfire. At approximately 1:33 a.m., police received a call reporting shots fired in the 1100 block of 32nd Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered a grim scene; 23-year-old Sincere Aaron and 18-year-old Bishop W. Jenkins were found with gunshot wounds.
