Death by Force

On April 5, 2017, 19-year-old Kevin Marquez-Jimenez was shot and killed in a violent incident at an apartment complex in East Charlotte, North Carolina. The shooting occurred around 8:13 p.m. in the 3500 block of Spanish Quarter Circle.
