Death by Force

Keith Nmoma, a 35-year-old Charlotte resident, was tragically shot and killed on October 8, 2017. His murder took place in the 4300 block of John Penn Circle, in the northeastern part of Charlotte. The incident happened late at night, just before 10 p.m., outside his apartment complex. Despite the public setting, no arrests have been made, and police believe that someone in the area might have witnessed or heard something related to the crime.
