A dispute over drugs and money tragically escalated into a fatal shooting on May 5, 2026, claiming the life of 38-year-old Aaron Moore of Chicago. The violent encounter unfolded inside a residence in the 500 block of South Fifth Avenue in Kankakee, Illinois, where Moore had gone to confront an acquaintance.
