In the early morning hours of May 9, 2026, the quiet of a Victorville, California street was broken by the discovery of a crashed pickup truck. At approximately 2:48 a.m., a passerby on Fifth Avenue, just north of Bear Valley Road, noticed a blue Chevy pickup that had veered off the road and into the landscaping near the entrance of a Food 4 Less shopping center.
