In the early hours of Monday, May 11, 2026, the life of 20-year-old Joseph Ramos was tragically cut short in Providence, Rhode Island. Ramos, a young man remembered by loved ones as a humble and kind-hearted son, brother, and friend, was riding his three-wheeled motorcycle in the North End of the city.
