In the early morning hours of March 28, 2026, tragedy struck in Amarillo, Texas, when 40-year-old Moneke Denice Glass was killed in a shooting at her home. A beloved mother and a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant at The Heritage Convalescent Center, her sudden and violent death sent shockwaves through the community.
