In a senseless act of violence that has shaken a Raleigh community, 15-year-old Cayden Alston-Arnold was shot and killed in his own home on Friday, March 20, 2026. The tragic event unfolded on Springshire Court, where the Southeast Raleigh High School freshman was fatally wounded in what his family says was a dispute over a pair of designer jeans.
