Justin Charles Cline, a 31-year-old Black male from San Antonio, Texas, was killed in the early morning hours of April 1, 2026, in what police described as a targeted attack on the city’s East Side. The shooting happened just after 1 a.m. in the 1500 block of Center Street, between North Walters and North Gevers streets, after San Antonio police were called to the area for reports of gunfire.
