Marie Fleury, a 64-year-old resident of Westville, New York, was tragically found murdered in her home on the evening of October 17, 2002. Her husband, Robert Jay Fleury, had last seen her alive around 4:00 p.m. that day before leaving their residence to visit a nearby tavern.
