A quiet Sunday afternoon in Valley View, Texas, turned tragic on April 12, 2026, ending the life of 43-year-old Brandon Kacey Acker. A disturbance call brought Cooke County Sheriff's deputies to the 1000 block of County Road 200 at approximately 3:31 p.m., where they discovered a scene of violence.
