In the late afternoon of a Tuesday in Cleveland, a burst of gunfire shattered the quiet of a residential street, leaving three teenagers wounded and a community in shock. Ecaurion M. Wymes, an 18-year-old male, was caught in the violence that erupted on March 24, 2026, in the 3100 block of West 46th Street. First responders arrived to a chaotic scene, finding Ecaurion and two other boys, aged 15 and 16, with gunshot wounds. They were all rushed to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment.
