In the early morning hours of Friday, March 27, 2026, the quiet of a north Charlotte apartment complex was shattered by the discovery of a homicide. Alisha Shanell Lewis, a 35-year-old woman, was found deceased in her third-floor apartment on High Glen Drive. The cause of her death was determined to be multiple gunshot wounds.
