On a warm August night in 1990, the lives of 21-year-old Andy Atkinson and his companion, Cheryl Henry, were brutally cut short in a secluded area of West Houston. The male victim and his friend were last seen on August 22, 1990, at a local nightclub. Their night out took a tragic turn, ending in a crime that would haunt the city and their families for decades to come.
