In the early morning hours of Sunday, March 15, 2026, the life of 30-year-old Kerbisson Sion was tragically cut short in Orange Park, Florida. An altercation at his Gano Court residence culminated in a fatal shooting. Sion was discovered deceased in the roadway near his home.
The investigation into Sion's death quickly led authorities to a suspect. His estranged wife, 33-year-old Jasmine Brown, was identified as the individual involved in the incident. Although married, the couple had been living separately at the time of the shooting. Law enforcement located Brown at an apartment complex on Sunbeam Road in the neighboring city of Jacksonville.
With the assistance of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, Brown was taken into custody. She later agreed to return to Clay County, where she was formally arrested and charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of Kerbisson Sion. Authorities have stated that they are not seeking any other suspects in this case.
