Fernando Jacobson, age 55, was tragically killed on October 26, 2010, in Fresno, California. He was found unconscious on a street near 41st Avenue in Fresno just before 4:00 a.m., following what police described as an assault. Jacobson was taken to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries later that day. His death was part of a troubling pattern of violence in Fresno, a city that has been grappling with high crime rates and frequent incidents of violent crime during that period.
