Richard Villanueva, a 23-year-old from Fresno, California, was tragically killed on December 24, 2016. His body was discovered along Highway 180 near Marks Avenue, an area in Fresno where authorities responded after receiving reports of a shooting. Villanueva had suffered fatal gunshot wounds, and despite efforts by first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
