Farshad Zachary Jamali, aged 25, was tragically killed on September 28, 2016, in Fresno, California. The incident took place in the evening at the Enclave Apartments, where Farshad had gone to meet someone. He was shot while sitting in his parked car, and despite the efforts of emergency responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
