Oshae Carmeneal, a 33-year-old resident of Fresno, California, was tragically shot and killed on September 19, 2021. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. in a home near Lamona and Delno avenues. According to police reports, Carmeneal was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
