Armando Perez Garcia, a 37-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on August 26, 2021. The incident occurred in southeast Fresno, where Garcia was found inside his car on Kerkchoff Avenue with at least one gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to Community Regional Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries. This marked the 50th homicide in Fresno for the year 2021, a significant increase compared to the previous year.
