On February 26, 2026, 31-year-old Savannah Keaton was found deceased in a residence in the community of Maysel, West Virginia. Law enforcement, including West Virginia State Police and Clay County Sheriff's Deputies, responded to a report of a shooting and discovered Keaton inside the home with a fatal gunshot wound. Although from Massillon, Ohio, her life was tragically cut short in the small West Virginia town.
