A Friday night in San Angelo was shattered by the tragic death of 18-year-old Jordan DeLaCruz on February 6, 2026. The incident occurred at the Windmill Apartments in the 1900 block of Raney Street. San Angelo Police were dispatched to the apartment complex around 8:44 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered DeLaCruz inside an apartment with a single gunshot wound.
