Justin Richard Boersma, a 45-year-old man from Gladstone, North Dakota, died on Thursday, February 12, 2026, following a shooting incident near an interstate exit to the east of Dickinson.

The Stark County Sheriff's Office reported that deputies were dispatched to the Interstate 94 Business Loop East at approximately 11:35 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Boersma with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
