In the early hours of a Friday in May, the course of many lives was irrevocably altered by a tragedy that unfolded on Rayfield Drive in Birmingham, Alabama. On May 17, 2013, at approximately 2:45 a.m., 22-year-old Arthur Green III, a Black male, was found, his life tragically cut short.
