On June 12, 2021, 20-year-old Claude Alamin Jones was fatally shot while riding his bicycle in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Center Street Southwest in the Titusville neighborhood. Jones sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
