In the winter of 2013, a family's life in Buffalo, New York, was irrevocably shattered. On the cold evening of December 13th, 19-year-old John Stein, a Caucasian male, was in the driveway of his home in the Riverside neighborhood. It was there that the young man's life was cut tragically short when he was shot and killed.
