In the Austin neighborhood of Chicago, a Sunday evening turned fatal for 19-year-old Angel Xavier Aviles, who was found shot and killed on January 18, 2026. The tragic discovery was made around 6:49 p.m. when a passerby noticed Aviles slumped over the wheel of his white Honda, which had crashed in the 5800 block of West Walton Street.
