Herman Michael Jacques Jr., a 43-year-old male, was fatally shot on the afternoon of December 6, 2025, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the New Orleans East area, specifically within the 4700 block of Camilia Street. Officers from the New Orleans Police Department responded to a call regarding a shooting at approximately 4:15 p.m. Upon their arrival at the scene, first responders discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
