Rayman Patram, age 44, was last seen on the morning of May 16, 2016, at his home in Ruskin, Florida. He vanished along with his silver 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When Patram's wife reported him missing, she also noticed that some jewelry had disappeared from their home, leading to concerns of a possible burglary. However, police found no signs of forced entry.
In the months following his disappearance, foul play became suspected, and in December 2017, an arrest warrant was issued for Dennis St. John Rodriguez Jr. Authorities believe Rodriguez, who has connections to the Latin Kings gang, may have fled to Mexico, where he could be working as a barber. Despite extensive searches, neither Patram’s body nor Rodriguez has been found, and the case remains unresolved.
Investigators believe Patram was murdered, though his remains have never been recovered. Rodriguez continues to be a wanted fugitive, and Crime Stoppers has offered a reward for information leading to his arrest.
