In the early hours of a Monday morning, the quiet community of Duquesne, Pennsylvania, was disturbed by the sound of gunfire that claimed the life of 32-year-old Shawn O'Leary. The fatal shooting occurred on November 3, 2025, at a house party on the 1000 block of Crawford Avenue. First responders arrived at the scene shortly after 12:45 a.m. to find O'Leary inside the home with multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
